Shipping & returns
Online orders are processed from Monday to Friday, except on holidays. Moreover, shipping times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Delivery times may vary by carrier and place of delivery, and delivery charges may vary depending of the province of delivery. We do actually ship only in Canada.
It is your responsibility to check the content of your package when you receive it and notify us immediately of any irregularities (such as damaged items). We cannot be held responsible for any damage occurring during delivery.
In Store Pickup
In store pickup can be chosen as a delivery method. You will be asked to provide in store a Photo ID and the credit card number used for the transaction in order to pick up your package.
Return and Exchange Policy
Before returning an item, you must first contact us by email at the following address and indicate your order number in order to receive an authorization from us: [email protected].
Our return policy is based on exchange of items to accounts only. No refund or credit note will be granted, subject to the provisions of applicable law. You have a period of seventeen (17) days from receipt of your order to return it. Items returned after the expiry of such delay will not be accepted. However, returns for purchases made during the Holiday season, that is between November 26th and December 24th, will be accepted until January 9th. Items returned must be new, in their original packaging and with all tags attached. Damaged returned items, or items returned without tags will not, at our sole discretion, be processed and returned back to you.
All freight fees are the responsibility of the customer and won’t be reimbursed. Custom/duties fees and out of Canada taxes are also the responsibility of the customer and won’t be reimbursed.
All sales on discounted items, toys, tights and underwears are a final. Such items cannot be returned or exchanged. Offers are not redeemable for cash or for a credit note and are not applicable on previous purchases. All offers are subject to change without notice.
We ask you to send a copy of the invoice or gift receipt with the returned items. For an exchange, if the value of item given in exchange is less than the value of the returned item, the difference will be saved as a credit note. Conversely, if the value of item given in exchange is greater than the value of the item returned, you will have to pay the difference using an authorized payment method.
